Wintry Morning

There was a much more wintry feel this morning for our walk out to Walton and across the fields up to Street Hill. I like the shape of this tree and thought I’d catch it’s wintry silhouette before Spring takes hold of it.

By this afternoon yesterday’s weather had returned and we pottered in the garden, weeding and planting out some perennials that we’ve had in pots for a couple of years and are crying out for more root space.
