Not something you see very often on blip, or would want to, but this is the rear foot of a poor badger which I came across this morning.
It didn't seem to have been that old, but I'm no expert.
I feel sorry for badgers:
They are a clean and tidy creature, but this means they change their bedding every day and only have outside toilets.
They are vilified by farmers.
They are frequent victims of roadkill; there are zebra crossings, pelican crossings and toad crossings, but no badger crossings.

Extra: 'That's good grass, man'. Something more edifying to make up for the deceased brock.
