Carbis Bay

This is a view of the Carbis Bay Hotel & Beach where the G7 Summit is going to be held in June. Seven world leaders plus all their security and media will be descending on our teeny, weeny little town to do whatever they do at these summits.

We won't be here then. The security issues just sound like a logistic nightmare. The local high school is going to be closed. Our local Tesco is slap bang in the middle of the two hotels where all the big wigs are staying but so far, no notifications of the supermarket closing.

Anyway today we have had a lovely day. Actually since we came back to St Ives a week ago, every day has been a lovely day.

Played in the field first thing, then went on a two hour walk this morning and had lots of off lead run about time, snoozed on the sun terrace for a couple of hours when we got home no snow here and then we went to see our friend Heather and her gorgeous little Cavapoo, Ruby, so that the humans could drink a bottle of Prosecco.

Flaked out on the sofa now just waiting to watch East Enders.
