Beam

Because of an early morning meeting I didn’t do my morning walk on this first day back after the Easter bank holidays. This morning was bright and sunny. In the middle of the day we had another short-lived snow flurry. I ended up taking a walk after sunset when it was very cold (it’s not even 3 degrees outside). I took the picture of a deserted street because it’s quite an unusual thing: there’s usually a delivery van or two on the streets around here. When I looked at the picture I noticed the beam from the street lamp.

I wonder what’s at the other end?
