It's been an interesting day with new people to meet, one in particular I hope never to meet again but that's life I guess.

Arnie had a visit to the doc to figure out what's going on with his tummy. It seems diastasis-recti where the central part of his abdominal muscles have separated. A host of exercises now needed to try and manage it as surgery would be a big deal. His asthma is also playing up which is making him cough, not a great combination.
