Tesco’s Roses

I did some artistic arranging on Tuesday with these roses - I love the colours.

I’m run ragged with trying to help Mr and Mrs Blackie see off the jackdaws! The weans have hatched, can hear them cheeping in the bush at the bottom of the garden. I throw out the soft blueberries for them and today the Mr came to the patio door looking for me to get more! The Mrs arrived right at my knee when I was doing some weeding. Like there! Throwing over the dirt with her beak looking for grubs and scratching with her claw. Brave ! I think they know me anyway what with chucking them bird seed twice a day. One jackdaw arrived on the grass and the Mr flew at its face, much squawking....

Let’s hope for a successful fledge, with no murders.
