When it rains it pours

You hit that broke point. Pennies away from breaching your overdraft.

You tighten the belt. You cope.

Washing machine explodes.

You suck in more and pull in belt tighter still. You cope with gritted teeth.

Valve in kitchen plumbing breaks.

Pressurised water explosion.

Three fire fighters, 4 helpful neighbours, 2 unhelpful neighbours, 1 plumber, 1 DIY shop keeper later and an overdraft breach isn't quite how I planned spending my day! Then again, the people in the flat below didn't plan on a massive waterfall in their kitchen either.
