Cyanistes caeruleus

This Blue Tit knocked itself out against a clear window pane of a bus stop, right as Joyce and I were passing it. We found that it was still alive and moved it to a branch for safety while it slowly recomposed itself. When we left it had already flapped its wings and seemed ready to take off. We assume this fellow is ok now.

Oh and we weren't sure if the red spot was blood, but having checked the pictures it appears to be. Poor little thing.
