Dear old LH is having to do things single handed. Changing the bed today was not easy with the resident bedbug in the way!

I managed to get out for a quick circuit with a friend this afternoon. It's been bright and sunny all day after a snowy overnight, and thankfully we managed to avoid the hail shower. Good to see somewhere different even though LH had to drive me over and back.
