Daisy!

5°C  -  14 mph ENE Wind Speed  -  19 mph Gusts  -  Cloudy  -  Sleet  -  Sunny Intervals.  Managed a stroll round the garden this afternoon when the sun broke out.  Apart from Daffodils the Daisies are beginning to show  -  thought this shot made a nice blip!  I was actually looking for a daisy with a touch of red in its centre  -  I blipped one last year  -  see HERE!  I learnt through daisy lore that some people  believe that the drop of red in their centre represents a drop of Jesus’s blood when he was dying at the cross  -  Plant lore link!   There is a lot of symbolism surrounding daisies  -  see HERE if you're interested!
