A day in the life

Emperor on hold

My Fritillaria Imperialis, or 'Kaisers crown' has struggled with the cold all week and nothing much has happened to its development. It won't get any warmth until the middle of next week.

Today has been a low mark in temperature and mood but in the morning I had a guitar student to play with, he made big personal progress which was a joy to experience.

I also had some praise for the recording I made of a trio playing music by Dmitri Shostakovich, for two violins and piano. I promised to share a link to the recordings. I hope you will enjoy it.
