Running Down Dementia

My Alzheimer's Research UK running top arrived this morning. It's very nice quality - feel a right bobby dazzler in it! It's made from recycled plastic bottles :-)
The pic on the left has a silly filter with forget-me-nots on that I used for my instagram/facebook Story and the pic on the right was an out-take hehe. I always feel ridiculous taking selfies. I don't know how some people can pout so seriously :-D
