Curfew

It's silent outside during my late evening walk with Toby.
Nobody out there. 
We're still on a curfew here in the Netherlands, from 22pm until 4.30am.

As for my day:
I started at my physiotherapist at 7.30 this morning. The dry needling of last Friday didn't deliver as much as we'd hoped. My hopes are on next Thursday when I'll be seeing my chiropractor again.

During my office hours I combined sitting with standing throughout the day. Very exhausting I must confess.
