………………….to a Vineyard

We spent a lovely day visiting Marlborough at the Top of the South Island, NZ. It included a visit to one of the many vineyards in this wine producing region.

This particular property allows access to the public, via ‘The White Road’ which is a delightful drive through a portion of the vineyard to enjoy views, hens, butterflies, lakes, dolly sheep and even the chance to listen to classical music being played to the grape vines.

The extra is looking towards State Highway 1 and the small settlement of Seddon.

After a long day and a late return home this is a back blip.

Thank you for your comments and stars for Sunday’s blip. Number 18 was the number of our table at a local Thai restaurant - and what wasn’t obvious, unless seen in large is lettering in burnt gold to the left of the frame. I was disappointed the ‘normal’ view of this blip didn’t provide the subtle detail and colour.
