Poolside....

Maisie and I took our morning walk a little later than usual. The early sun was shining as we neared the end of our walk. Maisie spent some time checking out the scents along the edges of this pond. The water in it is almost stagnant. Recent rain freshened it up a little. The water in the pond usually runs over the shingle to the right of this view. It joins up with the next section of the Taylor River at its confluence with Doctor’s Creek.
