The doctor called today and the biopsy and some lab results make it clear I need to have the surgery.  It will take place on April 26, so I still will be able to attend the twins' first birthday bash on the 24th.  I'm really looking forward to that joyous occasion.

My college friend Nancy visited for lunch today and we spent a couple of hours just talking.  Sylvie found her very interesting to sniff.
