A Bit of a Surprise

We were eating lunch today when we began to hear machinery in the field next door.

Now, the church just bought the field next door so there shouldn’t be any farming activity in it. So I jumped up and ran out to stop whoever from seeding the pasture, if that was needed.

I grabbed this shot just in case, but it turned out to be one of our retired farmers who was cutting the grass around the edge of the field.

Just a little bit of field excitement for a Friday afternoon.
