Flora

This colourful assemblage of pavement flora has appeared at the end of my street: Forget-me-not, Dandelion and Herb Robert. Hopefully there aren’t any over zealous weeders, sprayers or tidy-uppers on the prowl.

It was mostly a quiet day with the kids, popping out for a kickabout in the afternoon. I had a short walk down Moorside where I bumped into what I think is a Tawny Mining Bee (extra) and a couple of Peacock butterflies.
