Cherry Promise

I spent the afternoon in my neighbour's garden pruning the large shrubs which form our boundary fence ... and having a good old natter at the same time!

He commented on the glorious blossom on my cherry tree, so back in my own garden I grabbed the big camera mounted with, as usual, the macro lens to take some shots under the clear blue sky in the late afternoon sun.

A satisfactory day all round!
