Went for a run this morning. Managed almost half an hour of gentle intervals (three minute runs, followed by a minute's walk), as I continue my gradual recovery from a knee problem.

Then drove Gus to meet a university friend in Chislehurst so that he could get a lift to Leeds where he's spending a couple of days sorting out some house stuff.

Then Helen and I went for a gentle walk round Greenwich Park and back (she's been getting headaches recently, on top of poor sleeping - the two are probably connected), after which I caught up on my - recently very sporadic - Blipping.
