Back to the Beach

No rain today. No fog either. Went down to the beach relatively early. Being a Sunday, I expected there would be a lot of people out and about later, and the COVID order of the day is to avoid other people!  That worked as I had the beach to myself  - well, just me and the midges! Like where did THEY come from? They were a bit of a nuisance, but still, it felt good to meander along the beach and for a little while imagine that life is normal, midges or no midges.  I did note though when I saw my photos on a bigger screen back home, that there were a lot of tiny little black dots on some of them!  I thought midges were also called "no-see-ums" ...guess you can't fool an iPhone!
