Sunrise

We went out early to day to listen to the  dawn chorus. It was cold and misty with a light frost on the ground. There was a lot of lovely bird song, marred only by  some human generated sound, mostly road traffic. Gradually, as it became light, the mist cleared, to reveal a beautiful sunrise.
Then it was back home for a hearty breakfast!
