Crail Bay - time for a cuppa

We thought we'd picked good weather for our paddle across from Clova Bay to Crail Bay, in Pelorus Sound, Marlborough Sounds. It seemed relatively calm within Crail Bay itself but once we got back out into the strait across to our Clova Bay campsite the southerly just started screaming down off the hills. At least it wasn't willy waws hitting us side on, but the threat was there.
