Racehorse

We took a walk today with J's sister and her husband from Bidford-on-Avon across to Broom and then on to the Fish Inn at Wixford, alongside the River Arrow for part of the way.

We sat outside at the Fish in one of their small gazebos which can sit up to six. It is quite pretty there as it’s by a bridge over the river and the pub gardens go down the the water's edge.

Quite a little breeze at times from the ENE which soon made us a little bit chilly. Unfortunately quite a wait for our food which was surprising as it wasn't really very busy. Oh well perhaps short staffed?

Back along the footpaths and across fields to our starting point in Icknield Street and one of those fields had four racehorses in it and they were very friendly and all came trotting over for fuss and love which of course we couldn't resist giving.
