A day in the life

Winterwash

Two of my carpets, woven in a loom many years ago by my mother, has served as floor warmers in my hallway all winter. After being washed I laid them in the grass to dry in the sun, in good time before the cold front rolled in with clouds and cold winds. They are clean, dry and even smells good when I brought them in.
