Dying Daisies

Bit of an odd blip I should have had a white background. Took it against the evening sky which still had colour in it but colour that wasn't worth photographing. I was late home and the light was fading so you take what you can get.
These daisies were in flower when I had a visit from Freespiral several years back so always think of her at this time. Each time I think of digging them out I think of her telling me they were worth keeping so once more they have had a stay of execution. They are so ungainly and grow many feet taller than me. I do like to see the butterflies lighting on them
