Earth Day

Happy Earth Day! 
I guess this date is celebrated mostly in the USA but worth noting nonetheless. Specially when it is just perfect spring weather, sunny but not too hot.
Specially also when the EU and USA announce new emissions reduction targets. Although I'm not really celebrating that because targets mean nothing without coherent action plans. And, despite previous targets being in place, emissions keep rising year after year.
