Cherry blossom

I got various chores done this morning so that I could spend the afternoon outside with P helping to clear the old steps behind the parish hall. Although it was sunny and warm I was working in a shady corner so was quite comfortable, if exceedingly dusty by the time that we finished. The blossom on the cherry tree at the front of the hall seemed to be glowing when I set off home. The photo does not do it justice at all.
