On Top of the World

 -  well on top of Whitbarrow really with Mr P telling my swimming chums what hills you can see in the distance. A 900m swim followed by a 7km walk which included scrambling up the side of Whitbarrow and visiting the "Fairy Cave" on the way.   Fairy Cave in extras but I was not agile enough to negotiate the stepping stones through the water whilst avoiding the low ceiling.
