Gordon cooks great breakfasts! Well, we had been away early to get to Penrith Hospital for our second vaccine. And the eggs needed eating.

I was again impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the Vaccine set up at the Hospital. We had no wait and were in and out in 15 minutes and that included the timed ten minutes ‘rest’. They were aiming to give 1,000 doses today - that’s not bad going.
