Apple Blossom

I look forward to the apple blossom appearing each year, and really appreciated it last year in particular. I am going to celebrate it this year again with a blip.

There seems to be more blossom on our little tree this year. That said, last years blossom did not result in much fruit, although the few apples that did come were more edible than previous years. I guess it is all down to the weather, and the numbers of pollinating insects. I need to have a word with our tree bumblebees, assuming they like apple blossom ........

Tuesday’s routines are never the easiest, which makes a study of blossom especially welcome.
