Baby moorhens!

Good, busy day of work.  Stopped around 5:30pm to go for a walk.  A quick stop at the pond to see the ducklings - still cute, although I could only see two of them - and then on to the Hare and Billet pond, across the heath.  Took me a little while, as they were staying in amongst the reeds at the edges of the pond, but then I spotted them - lots of tiny baby moorhens!  A couple of families' worth, I think - and about eight babies in all.  They're not the most beautiful of babies, but still tiny and cute!  I spent quite a long time watching them and taking far too many photos :)
