Not fast but furious

Not a good picture of either of us but, on reflection, having so few images of us together led me to choose this one of over others.

I thought about the emotional eating that I have reverted to over the last 18 months and how I, in some ways, am less happy about how I look and feel now than I was back then.

I have spent more time with my sister over that period than in recent years and today when I finished work early and wanting to add steps to my pre 5 total, we headed out for a 5k walk.

I wad taking part in a work place active challenge as a team of 3 who called ourselves the title of my blip today. I am happy with my contribution to our total step count if not the picture.
