Are they bats? Birds? Rats? Or.......

(I’m tempted to say turds but I won’t - but it rhymes ;))))

Spotted on my morning meander at Kings Park today. It was a simply gorgeous day with sunshine and no wind. 

These are actually the seed pods from the beautiful Illawarra Flame tree. Pretty flowers and not so pretty seed pods.

(I hope our lovely Admirer would have appreciated these upside down “bats”.)

Tomorrow we are having a mini blipmeet with DonnaWanna, Doyley22, WalkingWombat and Mausie. Brekky in Kings Park - it should be a perfect day :-) Just might be a few laughs .....
