The rushes

This field grows rushes year on year for a local thatcher and I loved the light there today.  It was sunnier than this looks.. more Aprily with showers drifting between sun beams. . still cool especially when the sun was obscured.  
Youngest daughter headed of for a week of backpack walking today.. nicest day she will see I think.. hope she has a good time anyway.
