Hens

At Greywalls Hotel, where T and I had afternoon tea in belated celebration of her birthday earlier this month. Hotels, restaurants, cafes and pubs opened at the beginning of the week, so this was about the earliest we could make it. T did get two birthday teas because of this, so maybe that's another of those silver linings. We wouldn't have wanted to sit outside today as it was a bit chilly, so the weather was the right way round for us too.

We watched these hens for a while and I gave up trying to get a photo of all four of them with their heads up, so here are two out of four of them.
