Trespassing!

We pitched up at the Longleat site today - i remember when it was launched as a safari park and wasn't the large attraction it is today. Nearby is Shearwater lake, on a rare afternoon off my dad  enjoyed taking us there for a picnic and watch the  sailing boats. We were going to cycle to sheerwater, but the boss didn't feel like it and we decided to walk. I didn't realise you can't necessarily walk a Sustrans cycle route, so when we got to the front of the main house a security vehicle arrived, having established what we were doing ....and then telling us to get out of the park via the nearest point. That wasn't the way we wanted to go, but we complied....and walked to Heavens Gate instead.(the extras) ( To avoid a 10 mile walk back arround the park we had to think things through that's another story!)
