Abstract Thursday

Friend Alison treated me to lunch in The Clachan today. It was lovely to be back in our local, but, apart from two ladies at another table, we were the only customers. It seems that folk are still a bit wary about eating out.

As creatures of habit we both ordered our usual Moroccan lamb casserole, which was melt-in-the-mouth delicious.

I decided to walk off some of the calories after lunch, so headed up to the viewpoint and round the field - it didn't feel right not having Minty enjoying it with me - then I had a wander round the graveyard at Drymen Kirk.

My blip is of some lichen on one of the ancient gravestones, given the kaleidoscope treatment. I've added the original as an extra.
