Autumn by the Lake

My family celebrated Mother's day a day early.  On the way to the cafe, I stopped for a photo or two.  Yesterday the gardeners used leaf blowers to clear the track of the autumn leaves.  That is why it looks neat and tidy.  It was hard to decide between this one, or the extra.

As usual I had Eggs Benedict, which is my favourite breakfast.  Saw Piano Lady and The Tuner there, plus another guy from the walking group.

In the afternoon I headed to the lake, turned left, and had a nice stroll to Waterfall Creek and back.  It was very windy, with lots of leaves being blown off the trees.  Autumn is nearly over.
