Vinca in the Wet

As promised : a totally pissing wet day here. An added challenge to keeping my old legs moving. I'll wait for a lighter patch and get out into it.

Todays verse is for my blip pal C, Boomerang on Mull.

Be not afeard : the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight, and hurt not.
Sometimes a thousand twanging instruments
Will hum about mine ears; and sometimes voices,
That, if I then had waked after long sleep,
Will make me sleep again :and then, in dreaming,
The clouds methought would open and show riches
Ready to drop upon me ; that, when I wak'd
I cried to dream again.

William Shakespeare
From The Tempest, Act 3, Scene 2
