Christmas Visit

Year 2 Day 45 of UK COVID-19 Pandemic.  First UK Vaccine 151 days ago. England & Wales opening up.

Oldest son James and his girlfriend Emily visited midday to watch Cardiff City FC last game of the season v Rotherham. Rotherham needed a win to stay in the Championship and it ended in a 1-1 draw.

They were to visit before Christmas but with the lockdown it's only recently they've been allowed to travel out of Wales. It's also James birthday this Monday (37) so we exchanged Christmas and his birthday presents.

I popped out this evening to look for a blipfoto and like this local view of farm on the ridge of the hill with telegraph poles dotted around the foreground. Heavy rain all day but made memorable with family visiting.
