The Phoenix Rises

Evening light

A strange old weekend waiting for dogs to to what dogs must do. How can I get stressed about it? Apparently I can. Thirty six hours waiting she finally produced. End of announcement.

We walked across to the garden centre and bout her a toy and some little truffle for the soon to be newest member of the family who will be introduced  next weekend.

Pricking out was the afternoon's work. I found the two little snail terrors that offed the heads of my Stripy tomatoes. They flew spectacularly over the hedge across to the bramble patch. I now have a load of seedlings to take to our local seed and plant share when they're a wee bitty bigger. It's  been a great group to be Involved with.  Unfortunately  not all the seeds made it, but at least half did.

A quick call catch up with big sis W and all is right with the world. Unfortunately  Ally's  Dad is causing a bit of concern. At 83 and still working, we've  been aware he is struggling  a bit now.  We will do what we can.
