Skies before Grassington

It's becoming a favourite outing, this one. 

I don't normally ogle the cakes after lunch but while I was waiting to pay, they really did look scrumptious.  I realised shortly after setting off that, despite the large jacket, I was still hungry.  This is why they were looking so good!  

I was a bit disappointed at having to turn to bars instead of one those cakes but I made up for it when I arrived home with some homemade brownie that I'd given a go last week - it's made with left-over courgette and no flour and tastes awesome.  I've convinced myself it's healthy! I'm not a cake baker so I was pretty chuffed with these, particularly given I had to do a bit of googling for the cup to gram conversions.
