Dear Anne

If one of your clients needed to contact you about a personal matter but had no contact details for an individual staff member, presumably they should write an open letter to “Fidelity Funds Management, Beech Gate, Millfield Lane, Tadworth, Surrey, KT20 9FU”
The envelope containing that letter would then be opened by a member of your Postal Team who would place it face down on a flat-bed scanner in order to share a malware-free electronic copy of that communication with appropriate staff members.
And how exactly would that member of your Postal Team work out which staff member(s) it was appropriate to share that communication with? Would they read it and make a decision all of their own?
Is that why a communication from my lawyer dated 24th February has still received no acknowledgement by 10th May?
Is that why my lawyer is charging me a duplicate fee for a duplicate letter at a rate per letter that significantly exceeds the daily wage of a member of your Postal Team?

Is that why your postcode ends FU?
