It’s my last week at work so it’s mainly a work of admin, handover and endings.

I had a lovely walk down to the lake this evening taking in the sun. It’s so nice to have some warmth. It’s mental health awareness week and with so many examples of people struggling at the moment, a reminder to us all to be kind to ourselves and get out into nature.
