LD 414. Into the hills

On the way back from taking Cathleen for her second jag at Tighnabruaich Surgery I stopped just above Shellfield to take a picture on a long lens across Loch Riddon towards where my neighbours at Ardchuple are building a new house to replace the one burnt down on Christmas Eve 2018.

As sometimes happen that wasn’t in the end the picture that caught my eye or made my blip because just as I was getting back into the car I saw this , a very different view of the hill that I look out onto from my study , and one that seems to invite the viewer to take a track less trodden, so to speak.
