Berberis buds

This is a shot I have had at the back of my mind for a few days.  I have kept avoiding it as other things came along.   Today I realised that if I didn't take it very soon they wouldn't be buds they would be flowers.

Nothing else of interest inn the day other than the met office said it would rain at 3:00 and for once they were correct within a few minutes.
