If you can't beat them...

Chives.

Spending the afternoon with Kanyl I had my usual wander round the garden looking for blips.

I find members of the Alium family interesting.  I can't put my finger on why maybe the shape, the usual purplish colour or what.  As a result, the chives stood out in the sun and so cried out to be the day's blip.

The morning was spent with "The Mate's" son, down again from the island, taking him through the jobs we have done and the things which need his personal attention.
