On our doorstep

We decided to explore the area around Ludham bridge today, so we embarked on a nice leisurely 3 mile circular walk to visit this beautiful abbey right on the banks of the River Bure.

We sat at the water having our coffee watching the boats sail by. 

We returned back to the caravan and had a nice afternoon sitting in the sun.

Tonight we walked up to the pub and sat out and had a meal, (Oh there is a lot to be said for holidaying on the Mediterranean )as the during the course of our alfresco dining it became increasingly colder.
