Between The Downpours

While I was at Ongar waiting for stop cock (or stop tap as it seems they now are called) technician, I heard this Boeing Stearman N2S-3 Kaydet approaching. I've photographed it before when it flew over my home in August 2018.

The other shots are from Fishers Green this afternoon. I met dear old Treacle Tart and her mistress in the car park. I think TT is nearly seventeen and in the words of her owner is on her last legs. :(

Lovely to see moorchicks, goslings and this cootling being fed by a parent.

Nice sunshine as we left catching the whitethroat at the top of a tree.
